CASE STUDY: Building AI Trust, Engagement and Impact, to drive business growth
Sydney, Australia
We’ve outlined below a case study of some work that we’ve recently undertaken with Knight Frank Australia, working with our amazing partners at Engage Squared.
The Requirement: Introduce a new program to build trust, engagement and impact from AI tools, with a focus on driving growth
The Context: Knight Frank is a leading global real estate consultancy, with the businesses Australian arm driving aggressive growth targets over the next 2-3 years, but with an expectation of limited headcount increases.
In response, the organisation is taking a holistic approach to enhance the use and impact of AI tools, in a way that effectively manages risk.
The Strategy: Knight Frank Australia, working with Choir Digital / Engage Squared resources, created a strategic framework to build trust, engagement and impact across a range of AI tools.
The Support: Our team designed and delivered a robust training program, tailored to the context / needs of specific functions across the business.
This program was designed within tight timeframes and +40 sessions were rolled out over 2-months.
The Impact:
Use of AI tools by program participants increased by 155%, which far exceeded client expectations.
Further, survey data shows that employees were at least 20% more efficient when using AI for day-to-day tasks.
The training helped provide the structure, governance and permission to use the tools available within KF ecosystem.
Program participation was extremely high, with over 75% of the 1,500 workforce attending at least one session.
Based on the success of this program, Knight Frank are now exploring opportunities to expand this effort including:
Program extension to other global teams
Extending Agentic AI support through an integrated Centre of Excellence framework
Follow-up training efforts, to encourage ongoing trust and engagement with AI tools
